This role is for a Verifications Specialist Team Lead, responsible for verifying employment histories, educational backgrounds, and professional references for job applicants. The role involves training, coaching, and supporting team members in a fast-paced environment. It requires a proactive individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Train and coach new and current employees in the Verification Department.
- Administrative responsibilities related to verifications and submitting End of Day reports.
- Conduct queue cleanup.
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and WIP checks for all agents.
- Assist hiring managers in the interviewing and hiring process.
- Process verification files.
