Cricut is looking for a Director of Hardware Engineering who understands what it takes to make great products. This individual will be technically competent, passionate about the consumer experience and proficient at product development. They will lead a team of engineers and project managers to develop new products and features.
Requirements
- High technical aptitude and hands-on management experience of a large team
- Proven track record as a team leader on complex projects
- 5+ years in project management related to product development
- Strong communication skills, team work and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Adept at Microsoft Project, MS Excel
- Proficiency in Minitab highly desirable
- Ability to understand, apply, and mentor engineers in statistical process control methods
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering strongly preferred
