Lead UX Designer

Cricut is seeking a Lead UX Designer to lead the creation of user experiences and design language for software applications across desktop and mobile platforms. The team collaborates across the organization to ensure hardware, content, materials, and software work together to deliver awesome experiences. As a Lead UX Designer, you will provide design thought leadership, work on complex UX projects, and be a hands-on contributor committed to creating industry-leading experiences for engaged user groups.

Requirements

• Lead the design work for software applications for both desktop and mobile devices
• Participate in user research and A/B testing
• Advocate for users at every step of the way
• Leverage findings to continuously improve designs
• Foster successful collaboration with software product managers and software developers
• Help evolve design processes and deliverables
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Closely collaborate with other designers on the UX team and provide mentorship where needed
• Grasp product requirements and scope design work accordingly
