New Venture Marketplace Manager

Cricut is looking for a Marketplace Manager to build the content library for new initiatives from scratch. The ideal candidate has 'Marketplace DNA', a commercial eye, and experience in partnerships, business development, or community management. The role involves finding independent designers, vetting their work, and convincing them to join the Cricut ecosystem. The Marketplace Manager will be responsible for partnership outreach, curator, and community lead, working closely with internal product teams and managing a pipeline of hundreds of partners.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Client Success, or Community Management
• E-Commerce fluency, Sales acumen, Aesthetic judgment, and ability to curate content
• Comfortable with ambiguity, High-volume outreach, and negotiation skills
