Residential Security Agent

Crisis24 is a leading integrated risk management, crisis response, consulting, and global protective solutions firm. We're looking for a Residential Security Agent to safeguard clients, families, and personal property at their residences.

Requirements

• Strong security-minded professional with customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment with shifting priorities and expectations
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Experience in executive protection, alarm/camera operators, residential security, emergency response, or a combination of these
• Valid and current BSIS issued CA Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit
• Pass participation in random drug screenings
• Pass Physical Readiness Test (PRT) & Meet and Greet
• Pass pre-employment Background Investigation (BGI)
• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Possess a valid and current driver's license
• Basic Lifesaver Course (BLS) certification for Pediatric/Adult care
• Valid and current U.S. Passport
• Completion of an Executive Protection or Residential Security applicable academy or course
• Experience in providing Secure Transportation Operations (STO) for clientele in a solo or team capacity
• 2+ years' experience in a Residential Security Team Capacity
