Team Leader / Senior Team Leader

Join Crisis24, a leading integrated risk management firm, as a Team Leader / Senior Team Leader and lead a team of protectors, responsible for day-to-day operations, client relationships, and threat mitigation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience leading and managing a Residential Security Operation for Ultra High net worth individual
• 3-5 years managing a team of 5-10 personnel in support of Residential Security Team Operations
• Minimum 3yrs. experience providing Secure Transportation Operations (STO’s) and Protective Field coverage for Clients
• Ability to train, lead, enforce, and uphold standards/policies while communicating effectively with a team of assigned personnel
• Pass pre-employment background investigation
• Participation in random drug screenings
• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Possess a valid and current driver license
• Possess a valid U.S Passport
• Possess a valid California BSIS issued Guard Card and exposed firearm permit
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industries preferred
