Litigation Paralegal

We're seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join our El Segundo, CA-based team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of paralegal experience in personal injury litigation, with strong knowledge of California procedures and case strategy. They will be responsible for supporting case strategy, analyzing medical records, preparing clients for depositions, and managing case progress.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of paralegal experience in personal injury litigation
• Strong knowledge of California procedures and case strategy
• Solid foundation in personal injury litigation
• Experience with premises liability cases
• Medical records proficiency
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Investigative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and proactive task management skills
