Job Description
The litigation paralegal will support a senior trial attorney by drafting, reviewing, and amending pleadings, managing the discovery process, tracking deadlines, and coordinating communication with clients. They will work with a team handling active Circuit Court cases in Maryland, D.C., and federal court, offering flexibility, professional development, and a supportive environment. Requirements
- Experience: Litigation paralegal background preferred with hands-on work in Maryland, D.C., or federal matters (at least one forum required)
