Paralegal/Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to manage complex litigation processes and oversee office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, particularly in plaintiff-side firms, and be able to supervise junior staff and ensure the seamless day-to-day functioning of the firm.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of legal experience, including 5+ years in litigation at a plaintiff-side law firm
• File-to-trial experience with a strong emphasis on trial preparation and motion drafting
• Paralegal certification from an ABA accredited program is strongly preferred
• Office manager or large project management experience
