Job Description
The Dishwasher is responsible for the general cleanliness of the kitchen at Crista Shores Retirement Community in Silverdale, WA. The position requires a Christ-like attitude and biblical heart to perform various food equipment cleaning duties and tasks directed by cooks and supervisors.
Requirements
- Operate the dishwasher and clean food service equipment according to established cleaning schedule.
- Wash, clean and dry pots, pans and other food service equipment and store equipment once clean and dry.
- Remove trash and herbage as directed; flatten all sanitation standards according to the established cleaning schedule.
- Work collaboratively with supervisor and residents.
- Perform other related job duties as assigned.
