Job Description
CRISTA Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care for residents. The role involves performing daily living activities to promote independence and maintain resident well-being. The position is integral to CRISTA's mission to serve residents with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Requirements
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, incontinence management, ambulation, and medication assistance.
- Recognize and report changes in resident health and/or safety.
- Follow policies and procedures regarding charting, documentation, and reporting.
- Maintain resident relationships and create a warm and caring home-like atmosphere.
