Structural Engineer - Entry Level

Criterium Liszkay Engineers is seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join their team and work on a variety of inspection, repair, renovation, and forensic projects. The role involves collaboration with clients, work with commercial and industrial buildings, and staying current with industry standards. Candidates should be passionate about building design and willing to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Engineering Internship (E.I.) license.
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in structural engineering designing building related structures.
• Strong experience with residential and commercial structural engineering analysis, design, and inspection of existing structures.
• Fascination and strong interest in building construction techniques and evaluation of existing buildings.
• Proficient in the use of structural analysis and design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to go on roofs, climb ladders, go in crawl spaces, and go in attics.
