Job Description
Critical Mass is seeking a highly organized and experienced Associate Project Director to manage the flawless execution of their integrated 3D CGAI Product & Technology Program. This role requires a blend of project management, production business management, and operational management skills, with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will excel at allocating resources, establishing best practices, and building cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Work with the Group Program Director and Head of Innovation to support the structure of the client program portfolio
- Review creative concepts and final assets for potential legal risks
- Draft and process talent contracts and agreements
- Oversee residual and holding fee payments
