Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team at Critical Mass in San Jose, Costa Rica. You will be responsible for managing a roster of clients, collaborating with internal teams, and providing exceptional client service.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role
• Strong understanding of digital media landscapes and technical campaign launches
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience mentoring, training, or overseeing junior team members
• Collaborative, proactive approach and comfort working cross-functionally with diverse teams
