Scheduling Care Coordinator

The Scheduling Care Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the delivery of coordinated care for patients, maximizing authorization units, advocating for patient needs, and ensuring patient satisfaction. The position requires staff scheduling experience, knowledge of HIPAA regulations, and ability to work with diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and Associates Degree in a related field
• At least two (2) years of experience in healthcare
• At least two (2) years of staff scheduling experience required
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Ability to establish interpersonal relationships with people from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds
