Job Description
Critical Control is seeking highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representatives to drive growth by generating leads and setting appointments with key decision-makers. The role involves strategic out-of-home calling, building relationships, and showcasing services to potential clients in a remote setting. This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position with performance-based bonus potential.
Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound sales, tele-sales, or telemarketing experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite and HubSpot
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent technology skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, grit, and passion
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong judgment skills
- Consent to a pre-employment background check
- Availability to work 1 week per month on an on-call rotation
- Strong decision-making skills
