Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Java development to lead and support Agile teams delivering high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage product backlog and prioritize user stories
• Coach and mentor the Agile teams on Scrum best practices and Agile mindset
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Identify and remove impediments blocking team progress
• Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics and reporting tools
• Promote continuous improvement and foster a culture of high performance
• Leverage Java development experience to understand technical challenges and support the team effectively
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely software increments
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
