IT Director, Enterprise Business Solutions

The IT Director, Enterprise Business Solutions, will work closely with the Head of Global Information Systems to scope, plan, execute and manage the IT Enterprise Solutions system landscape based on our dynamic operational model and digital transformation projects.

Requirements

• Conduct in-depth technical discovery process
• Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to analyze and identify technology priorities
• Set the technical direction for all Cronos Group software and systems
• Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for Enterprise application spend and initiatives
• Manage the maintenance of current state architecture of SAP and envision a future state architecture aligned with business objectives
• Provide subject matter expertise on all matters SAP related
• Ensure applications are effectively managed and comply with all SOX related controls
• Lead and facilitate triage discussions to identify and strategize delivery of work
• Partner closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders on business development opportunities
• Diagnose problems and quickly determine potential solutions
• Provide technical coaching and mentorship throughout Cronos Group
• Act as a Culture champion, modeling our How We Roll behaviors to employees throughout our entire company as well as external stakeholders
• Partner with suppliers, external vendors and consultants to find ways to improve the company’s software systems and applications
• May lead a small system and applications team - recruit, retain, and engage top talent
