Requirements

• 7-10 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in a technical or business field
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, Microsoft Office, training, ERP systems (SAP preferred), Lean/5S culture
