Senior Product Designer

Crosby is building an AI-powered law firm that combines world-class lawyers with purpose-built AI to deliver faster, more consistent, and more transparent legal services. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help design and evolve the internal tools that power Crosby’s legal operation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience
• Multiple 0 to 1 shipped products you're proud of
• Portfolio that demonstrates strong visual craft and clear product thinking
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
• Interest in working with or learning more about AI/ML and the legal space
• Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal
