Cross Border Talents is recruiting a French Customer Advisor for Athens, Greece. They are a leading BPO company in Greece and have partnered with Global Recruiters to connect talented individuals with top employers in the EU. The role involves providing excellent customer support, building relationships, and troubleshooting issues for a global leader.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (C2 Level or Native)
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
- Typing Speed: 25 words per minute
- Availability to work in rotating shifts
- Good computer skills
- Previous experience or contact with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Good listening and empathy skills
- Good time management skills
- Team spirit and flexibility
- Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients
