Requirements
- C2/ fluent in German (both verbal and written), with proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support role
- Advanced IT knowledge in areas such as signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and audiovisual products
