Job Description
Cross Border Talents is seeking a Industrialization Engineer for a project with an international innovation leader in the semiconductor industry. The role involves representing operational sectors in co-design, improving industrial processes, and ensuring new product introductions to the factory and field, with the goal of minimizing costs and improving performance. The company specializes in the recruitment and relocation of technical specialists for the Netherlands.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electro-Mechanics, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of industrialization of high tech products.
- Experience with Trouble Shooting.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI).
- PLC Software experience is a plus.
- Outstanding networking and communication skills in English.
