Requirements
- Upper-intermediate Swedish (B2) and fluent English (C1)
- Previous experience in outsourced customer service
- Willingness to relocate to Riga or already residing there
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Latvia
- Computer literate with a typing speed of 50 wpm and 90% accuracy
