Job Description
Cross Country is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their team. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing, leading, and motivating a team of recruiters, sourcing and recruiting quality candidates, and promoting effective teamwork amongst recruiters.
Requirements
- 3 years related experience in recruitment
- 3 years supervisory experience in sales or staffing industry
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in business, education or other similar discipline preferred
