Job Description
Cross River is a fast-growing, profitable financial technology company seeking a motivated Analyst to join their growing FP&A team. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and providing financial support to strategic decision-making. They value collaboration, innovation, and a strong sense of purpose.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA and/or CFA a plus)
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or financial analyst roles
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with senior business leaders
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Pigment a plus and/or experience with Anaplan, Hyperion and Prologue
