Job Description
Cross River is a highly profitable, fast-growing financial technology company looking for a VP, Business Service Manager to lead the delivery of complex IT programs and oversee a team of AVPs and BSMs. The role requires 10+ years of program or portfolio leadership in enterprise IT, expertise in Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks, and a strong background in business analysis and product management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program or portfolio leadership in enterprise IT
- Proven experience managing people and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks
- Strong background in business analysis and product management
- Familiarity with requirements definition tools and test planning (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through validation
