Job Description
CrossCountry Consulting is seeking an Associate Director to grow the Accounting Advisory practice in the Boston market. This role will involve providing accounting advisory services, assisting with initial public offerings, advising on complex accounting policies, and contributing to continuous improvement. Requirements
- 10+ years of related management consulting experience or a combination of consulting and industry experience in Life Sciences
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP and/or IFRS)
- Big Four or equivalent consulting experience
- Business acumen with a strong understanding of accounting and business processes
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to build and develop client relationships
