Job Description
CrossCountry Consulting is seeking an Associate Director of Data Strategy to join their rapidly growing Data Transformation & Analytics practice. This role involves serving as a strategic partner to C-suite executives, advising on data initiatives, implementing solutions, and building data teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and experience in cloud-based analytics and data engineering.
Requirements
- Prior experience managing client and/or internal teams by guiding performance against objectives, creating an atmosphere of trust and collaboration.
- Experience with modernizing data architecture using tools like Snowflake, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall).
