Job Description
CrossCountry’s Financial Services Practice is seeking a Director of Asset Management to support large client projects. This role involves leading asset management initiatives, managing project teams, developing business development strategies, and building client relationships. Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in consulting or internal transformation
- Asset management experience, including complex fund structures and reporting
- Familiarity with platforms like Investran, eFront, iLevel, Allvue, and others
- Demonstrated success in business development and team leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (CFA, CAIA, CPA, or PMP preferred)
