Director - Business Transformation (Finance Transformation)

Join our Business Transformation practice as a Director to serve as a trusted partner to clients, delivering tailored integrated solutions to help them solve today's challenges and set the foundation for future success. As a member of our leadership team, you will create, develop, and build our presence in the West Coast market, guiding Office of the CFO clients through finance strategy, operating model design, and F&A operations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of applicable consulting, CFO Advisory, Finance Transformation, or relevant industry experience
• 10+ years of advanced program or project management experience, with expertise in organizing, planning, and executing multiple large-scale projects from definition to implementation
• Prior experience in professional services (public accounting or advisory firm), preferably at a large, global accounting firm or with a management consulting firm
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) – system selection, design, implementation
• Lean or Six-Sigma training or methodology experience
• Target Operating Model (TOM) experience

Benefits

• Estimated compensation range: $169,000 - $332,000 per year + annual bonus + additional benefits
