Job Description
The Crossover LVN/LPN is responsible for creating a strong, seamless patient and member experience within our clinic. This role involves coordinating patient care, guiding patients and members through the healthcare process, and demonstrating knowledge of self-insured employer health insurance.
Requirements
- Licensed Vocational Nurse from an accredited school with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Experience in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to manage projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
