We're looking for a Fitness (Wellness) Director to lead department operations and initiatives that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being at the Gary YMCA in Gary, IN. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating healthy, thriving communities and a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent. The Wellness Director will be responsible for managing program operation, development, and growth, staff supervision, onboarding, training, and coaching.
