Job Description
Join our Crossroads YMCA team to support our members on their journey as well as your own, with a healthy mind, body and spirit. The Leader on Duty will be responsible for supervising, monitoring, and providing direction, especially in emergency and conflict situations, for the entire branch and grounds.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Previous management experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to relate and communicate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
