Job Description
We are looking for an innovative expert in pickleball to lead our brand new, state-of-the-art pickleball facility at the YMCA Sportscenter in Crown Point, Indiana. This position will manage a staff, implement and drive pickleball programs, and help grow membership.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related experience
- Advanced knowledge of the game of Pickleball
- IPTPA Certified Level I Teaching Professional or PRO Level PPR Certification
- Experience with pickleball software
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
