Manager, Product Design (Hybrid)

The company is looking for a Product Design Manager to lead a team of distributed designers, inspiring them to deliver world-class user interfaces for products in their platform.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills working with designers, PM/Eng partners, and other managers.
• Servant leadership, fostering teamwork.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal).
• Hands-on enterprise B2B SaaS product design expertise.
• Flexible context-switcher (people/resourcing for multiple projects).
• Self-driven, growth-oriented, open to feedback.
• Data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to create alignment among stakeholders.
• Growth-mindset.
• Outstanding collaboration in a fast-paced, highly distributed environment.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Online portfolio.
• Ability to work from our Arlington office 2+ days per week.
