Partner Operations Engineer

CrowdStrike is seeking a Partner Operations Engineer to help maintain the CrowdStrike Store listings and service while ensuring customers have a great CrowdStrike Store app experience. The role involves sustainment of bespoke Store integrations with internal and external partners, and requires a disciplined team to ensure quick resolution of internal stakeholder, partner and customer issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer or partner facing support role
• Good working knowledge of 1 or more cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Demonstrated coding skills in 1 or more languages such as Python, Ruby, Bash, Java, C#, or Go
• Knowledgeable and able to effectively communicate API concepts with partners, such as REST, JSON, Oauth, GraphQL in support of their app implementation
• Passion and working knowledge of cyber security industry and segments (EDR/XDR, IOCs)
