Job Description
A reputable North San Diego County franchise dealership is seeking a Finance Manager to drive revenue by selling finance products to new and used vehicle customers. The role requires strong sales skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with finance sources. It involves managing customer interactions, processing deals efficiently, and maintaining compliance.
Requirements
- Must have Automotive Finance Experience
- Proven track record of above average sales abilities and income.
- Successful at menu sales presentation
- Excellent verbal / written communication and strong negotiation skills
- Ability to ask for the sale and effectively close customers
- Ability to read customers, situations and make changes on the fly
- Can work and succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Great attention to detail
- Accurate with numbers
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Working knowledge of CDK, Advent, RouteOne
