Requirements

• Conduct risk assessments and auditing hazmat manifests
• Manage and resolve complex hazardous issues
• Prepare and analyze reports related to hazardous cargo booking
• Maintain records of cargo to be manifested and cleared
• Verify information submitted to ensure documentation and bill of lading process flows according to standards
• Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints offering appropriate solutions within guidelines
• Influence and sell customers Crowley value added services and aid in onboarding customers using our Crowley customer platform
