Instructional Designer

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging training content in collaboration with subject matter experts to support employee development through digital and blended learning solutions.

Requirements

• Design and develop learning content and materials using templates and established brand/design standards
• Partner with stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and recommend learning strategies
• Design and develop blended learning programs using ADDIE, SAM, or Agile methodology
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Build and maintain team and stakeholder relationships
