REGIONAL MANAGER, SALES

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead regional sales team across Central America and Mexico. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing commercial operations, and developing strategic customer relationships.

Requirements

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, support, and performance oversight.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Oversee commercial activities including prospecting new accounts, managing existing business, and supporting sales representatives in client meetings.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, revenue trends, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, billing, and pricing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Champion pricing strategies and lead service contract negotiations.
• Manage the annual budget for land transportation and contribute to regional business planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities using CRM tools.
• Work closely with peers across Central America and Mexico to align regional sales efforts
