We are looking to recruit a Plant Engineer for our Dubai Plant. This role reports to the Engineering Manager, with close collaboration across the Production and Engineering functions.
Requirements
- Developing, scheduling and executing Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Annual Maintenance Programs for all production equipment.
- Acting as the primary owner of the CMMS system.
- Coordinating maintenance activities with production, engineering and external service providers.
- Supporting line troubleshooting and providing technical assistance during breakdowns.
- Driving improvements in equipment performance, cost reduction, maintenance best practices and machine standardisation.
- Supporting the development of SOPs, maintenance procedures and engineering documentation.
- Leading continuous improvement projects.
