Responsable Maintenance

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to direct our maintenance teams and manage costs of repair and maintenance activities at our plant in Custines, France. The ideal candidate is a mechanical engineer or process engineer with at least 5 years of experience in managing teams in an industrial environment.

Requirements

• Analyzing and tracking activity and performance indicators (downtime rates, causes of downtime, etc.)
• Identifying dysfunctions and defining corrective actions to be implemented and deployed
• Developing the maintenance policy and piloting its implementation (electricity, energy, fluid, mechanics) to ensure performance, reliability, and consistency of industrial equipment
• Setting up and tracking the group's maintenance management projects, in the standardized computer tool 'CMMS' (GMAO), to improve productivity and ensure equipment reliability
• Excellent knowledge of engineering and maintenance requirements (mechanics, electricity, fluids, heat, automation & regulation)
• Solid skills in problem-solving and decision-making
• Effective communicator, both internally and externally, in writing and in speaking
• Skills in GMAO and computer science (SAP)
• Comfortable with numbers and data
• Skills in Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing and MSP)
• Ability to evolve work methods
