Job Description
We are looking for a Shift Manager to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of shift employees, ensuring the achievement of plans and targets, and promoting a safety-first approach. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- Previous experience in people management and production in a high-speed and high-volume environment
- Intermediate level of English
- Excellent communication and man-management skills
