• Further education in the quality field (e.g. quality management specialist) desirable
• Several years of professional experience in process or quality management
• First experience in leading productive environments
• Well-developed analytical and technical understanding
• Affinity for innovation and optimization of processes
• High quality awareness and structured working methods
• Funded knowledge in MS-Office applications
• Good English skills in writing and speaking
• Performance readiness, sense of responsibility, communication skills, and social competence
