Relationship Manager (Inside Sales)

CRS is an industry leader with 35+ years of history as a trusted partner to insurance carriers, assisting their policyholders in times of crisis. We coordinate accommodations during time of crisis after a home displacement event until the policyholder returns to their permanent residence, and connect carriers, policyholders and contractors for a quality and efficient restoration process for the damaged property.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with account management/sales representative role
• Proven track record of sales growth in a territory or region
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong passion for sales

Benefits

• Base salary of $60,000
• Additional incentive pay (commissions and bonuses) based on performance and growth of customer accounts
