- Proven leadership experience in a multi-location fitness business.
- Strong sales and marketing background with a history of driving membership growth.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Tech-savvy and able to use digital tools to track performance and manage operations.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal oriented.
- Strong ability to train, mentor, and inspire teams.
- Ability to travel up to 100% per month as needed.
