Lead Process Engineer

Crusoe's mission is to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As a Lead Process Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing production processes with focus on 5S, Visual Factory, and Lean Manufacturing in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or process engineering role and demonstrated leadership responsibilities
• manufacturing process design, implementing process improvements, and leading 5S, visual factory, and lean initiatives
• extensive experience with manufacturing processes, 5S, visual factory, and lean
• experience reading and interpreting fabrication drawings, electrical schematics, and Engineering Bills of Materials
• familiarity with sourcing, purchasing practices, production management, and advanced continuous improvement methodologies
