We're seeking a Senior Recruiter, Customer Experience to join our growing GTM organization and drive meaningful innovation, make a tangible impact, and join a team that's setting the pace for responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience, with direct ownership of GTM roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Highly process-oriented, with ability to hold interviewers accountable to hiring playbooks
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions through data, insight, and judgment
