Requirements
- Lead all aspects of production, from metal processing and fabrication to paint and electrical work
- Champion Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Scheduling, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless project alignment and delivery
- Provide decisive leadership, guidance, and mentorship to department managers and team members
- Manage space utilization, optimize production capabilities, and evaluate machine resources to minimize downtime and enhance production capacity
